Commitment Against Discrimination
Our company is committed to providing a workplace where every individual is treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. We strictly prohibit any form of discrimination based on race, gender, age, nationality, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic. All employment decisions—including hiring, promotion, compensation, and training—are based solely on merit, qualifications, and performance.
Zero Tolerance for Child Labor
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child labor in all our operations and throughout our supply chain. We comply fully with international labor standards and local regulations regarding the minimum working age. We work only with partners and suppliers who share this commitment and can demonstrate adherence to ethical employment practices.
Prohibition of Forced or Compulsory Labor
Our company does not engage in, support, or tolerate any form of forced labor, bonded labor, human trafficking, or involuntary work. All employees work freely and are entitled to fair wages, safe working conditions, and the right to terminate their employment according to local laws. We also expect all suppliers and contractors to uphold these principles and undergo assessment when required.
